Participation in this promotion is subject to the Step Up and become a Walk Organiser Details of Participation.
Details of Participation
Information on how to enter forms part of these Details of Participation and entry is deemed as acceptance of them.
No purchase is necessary to enter the contest or redeem prizes.
Contest commences on 20 May 2024 and entries close at 5pm AEST on 19 June 2024.
Entries not received by that time & date or not completed in accordance with the Details of Participation will not be eligible to win.
Prize
Up to twenty prizes, each comprising one VISA gift card valued at $50.00. Total prize pool is valued at $1,000.00.
If any prize is unavailable, the promoter reserves the right to substitute another item for the prize, in its sole discretion, of equal or higher value, subject to the approval of the relevant Government department.
All prize values are correct at the time of printing.
Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash unless otherwise indicated.
Who can enter
Contest is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or more who are registered Walkers in the Heart Foundation Walking program.
Employees and volunteers of the promoter are not eligible to enter.
How to enter
Registered participants of Heart Foundation Walking will be entered automatically upon their role being changed from Walker to Walk Organiser and completing all necessary requirements of Walk Organiser registration.
Only one entry per person is permitted.
Prize Allocation
One VISA gift card will be awarded to the first 20 entries, pending completion of relevant Walk Organiser registration requirements. Neither the promoter nor any of their agencies are responsible for lost, late, damaged, misdirected, incomplete or ineligible entries.
The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
The first 20 valid entries received will be awarded the prize.
If a prize is not claimed within two weeks of notification, the prize will be allocated to the next valid registration entry.
Notification
Winners will be notified by phone or email where possible. The winners' names will be published in the July Walk Organiser news update. Winners of redraws (if any) will be published in the Walk Organiser news update. Prize winners list may be obtained by emailing walking@heartfoundation.org.au
